For those travelling for the conferences we have a limited number of spaces available at each location.

We ask our hosts to provide a bed with bathroom facilities for the Friday and Saturday nights of the conference. There is no charge for this accommodation however guests will require their own transport.

Any extra needs can be requested and are provided at the discretion of the host.
